The Permanent Artist in Residence Program (PAIR) provides resources to artists in exchange for their administrative services for the organization. This program allows artists to sustain their artistic careers in Phoenix, provide reliable and consistent support, funding and networking opportunities, and resume building and training for administrative careers in the arts.

The PAIRs are artists who's body of work shows a commitment to research and discussion, have a record of producing quality work, and demonstrated professionalism when creating work and organizing programming.

The PAIR program supports [nueBOX]’s mission of collaborative art-making, and makes the organization more capable of supporting the community due to new expertise in artist development, teaching, youth programming, technical theater, research, and strategic planning.
