ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Lai Yi Ohlsen is a 5’2” Asian-American multidisciplinary artist and project manager with a background in computer science and movement. Her most recent process is inspired by algorithmic tendencies of the dance floor where you can often find her spinning, hands up, no end in sight. She doesn’t know her real birthday.
Lai Yi is a Permanent Artist in Residence (P.A.I.R) and also serves on staff as [nueBOX] Staff Development Director.
