FELDENKRAIS WORKSHOP

with Richard Goldsand

November 22 & 23, 2019
1614 W Roosevelt St. #200
Phoenix, AZ 85007

This workshop is for anyone who wants to make the things they do easier, more efficient and pleasurable. The Feldenkrais Method is a mind-body approach, which combines movement and awareness to help you move and live more comfortably and effectively. This workshop is for all bodies and experience levels, and will focus on relieving pain and helping our bodies become more efficient in movement.

Rather than making corrections that are hard to remember, or adjusting to some externally imposed form, the Feldenkrais process allows you to discover what works best for you – your body, your movement potential, your life. It restores choice to how you feel and move your body. Injury, illness, pain, stress and the effects of ageing can diminish your capacity and the enjoyment of your movement - and your life. Feldenkrais allows you to rediscover lost abilities and pleasure in your movement.
